Design Process

We immerse ourselves in a social design process to uncover the social world and stories people are navigating and living in. From this process emerges the meaningful social design of experiences that are focused on improving social well-being, creativity, and social responsibility. We design for people’s social needs, social impact and the development of human and social capital.

Activities during our social discovery with clients may include a review of their social media activity, interviews with key social stakeholders, observation of key interactions, a training needs analysis of social digital skills and practices across your people, and the identification of like social stories in your sector or funding and resource opportunities.

During social ideation, we work with clients to develop their social vision and social brand offering, key parts to their social communication strategy, brand, and platform story ideas for social content strategy. We also being the design process of evidence-based ways for social impact evaluation and exploring opportunities for social innovation.

This is our most enjoyable experience with clients. We work closely with design and development team to craft meaningful social stories, social content and social content schedules. This involves using a combination of visual, verbal and audio content best suited for the sharing of our client’s story.

We work with our clients through the design process to deliver training and/or mentoring, to develop their social practices for interacting with people across social networks and to develop social, creative and entrepreneurial brand practices.
